Forum-Dimensions Editorial Guidelines and Submission Policy for Press Releases

Forum-Dimensions reviews all requests for press releases before publishing them on our platforms. The review process enables the Editorial Board to ensure the newsworthiness, accuracy, clarity, completeness, and objectivity of the content. To expedite the approval and ensure the distribution of your press release, please adhere to these Editorial Guidelines and Submission Policy.

I. CRITERIA
Criterion Description
Newsworthiness The press release should be about an event or announcement that is of interest to the public and the media. We do not accept press releases that aim to promote or endorse any particular product, service, or political party.
Accuracy All press releases submitted to the Publication should be accurate and factual. This means that the content must be free of errors in grammar and spelling. It is the responsibility of the press release provider to carefully examine the content of the press release before submission.
Clarity The press release should be clear, concise, and easy to understand. This is to ensure that the message is communicated effectively and will help keep the reader's attention.
Completeness All of the important details about the event should be included in the press release. The content must cover the five W's: who, what, when, where, and why. Make sure that the name of the person or organization submitting the press release is mentioned, including their phone number or email address. Failure to meet this criterion means that the press release will be ineligible for publication.
Objectivity The language used in the press release should be objective. Refrain from using language that is offensive or discriminatory. Moreover, the use of exclamation points, exaggerations, and words such as “I” and “you” are not encouraged to ensure the credibility of the press release.
